
Hello know you will be thinking are there disadvantages of sports of cause they are. There are a few clearly identifiable disadvantages to playing sports, whether for children or adults. Some of the disadvantages are: increasing the risk of injury, adding a lot of pressure, developing aggression and the large investment of time.
So guys we should learn the way we sport not to excess it can be bad but that doesn’t mean you should not sport at all you should but not in excess.
Sports also has its own advantages as i said the last time it does a lot of things to the body makes the body strong and also do you know it can help the HIV/AIDS patients yes it can help there body strong and fell okay but it does not remove the diseases at least once in a while even fruits can blend in.
