First of all what is the meaning of sport-sport is an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment.

This are all forms of sport we should at least learn to practice them at all times. its good for our health and makes the body healthy and strong. at least every morning before we go for our various activities.
