Hello guys we will be seeing the topic (contact & non-contact). first of all, lets define the subjects contact& non-contact sports.

CONTACT SPORT- Contact sports are sports that emphasize or require physical contact between players.

NON-CONTACT SPORT-Noncontact sports are those where participants should have no possible means of touching, such as sprinting, swimming, darts or snooker, where players use separate lanes or take turns of play.

Benefits of contact & and non-contact sport.

For children, sports: increases their physical health, cardiovascular conditioning,strength, and endurance. improves their self-image. decreases the risk of obesity.
